CAREeR OPPORTUNITIES 

Design-focused landscape architecture studio in downtown Asheville delivering thoughtful, sustainable work across private community developments, resorts, public streetscapes, parks, and high-end residential estates. Collaborative studio culture; regional and destination projects across the Southeast, West Coast, and tropical communities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead site planning, conceptual design, planting design, grading, and production of construction documents

  • Prepare construction details, planting plans, specifications, and cost estimates

  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and permitting agencies

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and QA/QC

  • Contribute to proposals, permitting, project closeout, and client/stakeholder presentations

Qualifications

  • Licensed Landscape Architect preferred but not required

  • 2+ years professional experience in landscape architecture or related design/engineering practice; 5+ years preferred

  • Strong technical documentation skills; proficient in AutoCAD. Civil3D, SketchUp/Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS a plus

  • Proven planting design and grading/site engineering fundamentals

  • Strong written/verbal communication, project management, and collaborative skills

  • Portfolio demonstrating design and technical competency (construction documents preferred)
